--- in this session we all smiled the entire time. Baby L is truly a joy...not that most babies aren't...but this is the kind of baby that makes me want another one - even though I say I'm done done done. If you know me, you know I'm weak for boys anyway...and boys with style and sass...well, they ruin me.
Thank you baby L and family. I TRULY enjoyed this session (and so apologize for the disk error)! Unfortunately I made a few technological mistakes this season. I desperately need an assistant.
Peace and beauty found below...?? I have a similar shot of myself when my oldest daughter was young...it is on the beach, and actually shot by my husband. I cherish it because it takes me back to a place of deep meaning, purpose and tranquility on the gift of becoming a mother. Life is so busy now, and I do't just lay back and enjoy these moments, mostly because one of my two girls is always (like right now even) talking to me, tugging at me, telling me the story of the day, asking for help...You all know the drill...so first-time moms of little ones...remember to enjoy this precious time. It goes so quickly and never really returns in that same way...
